Our office is closed from 18 Aug, 2025 to 11 Sep, 2025.
During this period you are welcome to order, however items will only be shipped again from 12 Sep, 2025.

Payment is to be received within 5 business days, unless otherwise agreed between Colonialcollectables and the buyer.

New Zealand customers can bank deposit at ASB: 12-3072-0660925-00.

We will send the bank details seperately.

All other International customers are to use Paypal.

Buyers are responsible for all local tax's and customs rules and regulations.

International delivery

International shipping - items may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's customs value.

Sellers declare the item's customs value and must comply with customs declaration laws.

As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:

• Delays from customs inspection.

• Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.

• Brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.

All our items are guaranteed to be authentic, in the unlikely event an item is found not to be authentic a full refund will be made.
