Hello, Your payment was received on 12.12.2019, and the item shipped on 13.12.2019, that is 8 days, the listing states that shipping time is 14 days, and at Christmas time it will take much longer with a vast amount of extra post in the system. It is very premature to give negative feed back after such a short time, especially when the item is shipped from New Zealand on the other side of the world.
