ReverseLouis XVIII stands at the centre, accompanied by Francis I, Emperor of Austria; Alexander I, Emperor of Russia; George III, King of Great Britain; and Frederick William III, King of Prussia. The five crowned sovereigns place their hands upon a treaty resting on an altar. The altar bears a pair of clasped hands and the inscription PACI ORBIS (“For the peace of the world”).
