There is an exceedingly rare silver 1/2 tanka of exactly this type, with the same inscriptions laid out the same way (G/G #G56). It is possible this coin is a filed down 1/2 tanka (G/G#G56), filed to adjust it to a new lighter standard, or a 1/3 tanka (?) which is not recorded in the standard references. Unique and enigmatic coin.
