The coin I ordered was rated EF (extra fine), but it was obviously a highly polished coin with little lustre, patina or sign of wear. I asked to return the coin for a refund and my request was approved. Unfortunately, I was told by US Postal Services that it was illegal to mail precious metals or coins to Austria. The people at MA shops said I could do this if I lied about the contents of the package. If the package is confiscated, I will lose the coin. So I've decided to keep the coin and absorb my loss. My interactions with the representative from MA was very professional and an offer of a refund was offered immediately. I am displeased that MA shops would offer an obviously mis-graded coin, (possibly counterfeit) for sale. Due to the problems with customs, I will not be able to deal with MA shops any further.

Again, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the quality of this coin. However, we never had any difficulties with customers retrurning coins before.
