Auch bin ich Kunde bei ihren MA-Shops und habe schon ein paar mal Krügerrand Set´s erworben. Bisher immer zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Nur bei meinem letzten Kauf, bei ihrem Partner „Halbedel Salzburg/Österreich“ kam es zu Problemen Ich habe das gegenwärtige Set für 2480 Euro erworben und sofort bezahlt, die Lieferung erfolgte auch umgehend. Mit Erstaunen musste ich feststellen das bei dem Krügerrand Set das Zertifikat (das Bestandteil eines jeden Krügerrandset ist), gefehlt hat. Dieser Umstand wurde mir vor der Bezahlung nicht mitgeteilt bzw. in der Artikelbeschreibung nicht erwähnt., z.B.: Zertifikat fehlt ! Sofort habe ich mit der Firma Halbedel tel. Kontakt aufgenommen. Unfreundlich wurde mir erklärt das die Firma Halbedel niemals erwähnt habe dass das Zertifikat Bestandteil des Verkaufs sei. Ich hingegen sagte: „Sie schrieben: "Premium Krugerrand de Luxe Set", ein Krügerrand SET besteht aus der Holzbox, den 4 Goldmünzen und dem Zertifikat. Durch das Fehlen des Zertifikats ist das Krügerrand nicht vollständig und kann somit nicht als SET bezeichnet werden. Diese Beschreibung ist falsch und irreführend. Durch das Fehlen des Zertifikats entspricht das Set nicht dem eigentlichen Wert. Die Firma Halbedel (im Konkreten Frau Halbedel) bot mir als Wertminderung bzw. Wiedergutmachung eine Kulanz von lediglich 10 (!!!) Euro an. Es war mir auch nicht möglich, mit Frau Halbedel weiter über eine realistische Summe zu sprechen und unser Telefonat wurde beendet. Von der Art der Behandlung von Frau Halbedel bin ich sehr enttäuscht und entspricht nicht dem üblichen Standarts in dieser Branche.

Grundsätzlich ist es so, dass wir bei jedem unserer Produkte genau über Zustand und etwaige vorhandene Verpackung oder beiliegendes Zertifikat informieren. Sollte einem Artikel also weder Verpackung noch Zertifikat beiliegen, so wird dieß auch nicht extra angeführt. In diesem speziellen Fall ist aus dem weitaus niedrigeren als üblich angeführten Handelspreis für diesen Artikel durchaus erkennbar, dass es sich nicht um ein komplettes Exemplar handeln kann. Von einer dramatischen Wertminderung wie vom Kunden dargestellt kann jedoch keine Rede sein, da alle abgebildeten Münzen in perfektem Zustand geliefert wurden und dem fehlenden, von uns im Angebot nie angeführten Zertifikat eine weitaus zu hohe Bedeutung beigemessen wurde.
