Leider wurde der bestellte Artikel erst nach telefonischer Nachfrage versendet. Die Bestellung ist bei der Leipziger Münzhandlung wohl untergegangen. Nach knapp 2 Wochen wurde der Artikel erst geliefert. Es gab leider auch keine Versandbestätigung, so dass man nie wusste, ob mit dem Versand nun alles klar geht. Der telefonische Kontakt war jedoch sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit.

Sehr geehrter Herr Thekes, leider hatten Sie bereits vor Erhalt unserer Rechnung bezahlt und nicht wie beschrieben unsere eigene Rechnung abgewartet. Wir hatten Ihnen mehrfach mitgeteilt, dass die Buchhaltung die eingegangene Zahlung überprüfen wird und die Buchhaltung aber im Urlaub ist. Nach dem Urlaub wurde die Rücküberweisung sofort vorgenommen.

Die Münze wurde als verfügbar angeboten und so habe ich die bestellt und bezahlt. Nachträglich wurde festgestellt, dass die Münze nicht mehr verfügbar war. Den Aufwand mit Überweisung und Rückerstattung hätte ich mir gerne erspart!
