In accordance with our current compliance arrangements under Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR), we currently offer delivery to the following European Union countries only:
Germany, Austria, Portugal, Spain and France.
These restrictions apply exclusively to the delivery destination, regardless of the customer's nationality or country of residence.
Customers residing in other European Union Member States are welcome to place orders, provided that the delivery address is located in one of the five countries listed above.
For destinations outside the European Union, shipping availability will depend on applicable customs regulations, transport restrictions and other legal requirements.
We reserve the right to expand our list of eligible delivery destinations as the relevant regulatory and administrative requirements are fulfilled.
Payment must be completed within a maximum of two (2) business days following order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not received within this period, La Dobla Gold & Silver reserves the right to cancel the order after notifying the customer. The items may then be made available for sale again.
Customers experiencing payment difficulties are encouraged to contact us before the payment deadline.
For transactions subject to anti-money laundering and customer identification regulations, we may request additional documentation to verify the customer's identity in accordance with applicable Spanish and European legislation.
Orders may be suspended or cancelled where legally required identification procedures cannot be completed. Any payments received will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
La Dobla Gold & Silver offers international shipping to selected destinations, subject to applicable regulations and carrier availability.
Within the European Union, delivery is restricted to Germany, Austria, Portugal, Spain and France.
For destinations outside the European Union, customers may contact us at info@numismaticaladobla.com to confirm shipping availability and request an individual quotation.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided before the order is finalised.
For shipments outside the European Union, any applicable import duties, customs charges or local taxes will generally be the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Customers will be informed of any additional charges that can reasonably be calculated in advance.
Orders will be dispatched after payment confirmation and completion of any legally required verification.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs procedures. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, delivery will take place within the period required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Responsibility for the goods during transport will be determined in accordance with applicable statutory rules. Where transport is arranged by us, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until the customer or their designated recipient takes physical possession of the goods.
All products listed as available on MA-Shops are normally held in stock.
However, as our products may be offered simultaneously through several sales channels, stock availability may occasionally change before an order is processed.
If an ordered item is no longer available, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we may offer an alternative product with similar characteristics, subject to the customer's express acceptance.
Customers are under no obligation to accept substitute products.
If no suitable alternative is available or the customer declines the proposed replacement, we will cancel the affected order or item and refund all corresponding payments, including any applicable shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Customers purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from eligible distance sales contracts without providing any reason.
La Dobla Gold & Silver voluntarily extends the standard withdrawal period to fifteen (15) calendar days from the date on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
For orders delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period begins when the last item is received, in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us of their decision within the withdrawal period by sending an unequivocal statement to:
info@numismaticaladobla.com
The customer may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.
After notifying us of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of notification.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, except where applicable law requires us to assume those costs or where we have expressly agreed to do so.
Due to the collectible nature of the products offered by La Dobla Gold & Silver, particular care must be taken when handling coins, banknotes, medals, presentation sets, certified coins and other numismatic items.
Customers are entitled to examine the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition.
However, customers may be held responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
In particular, the following actions may significantly reduce the numismatic or commercial value of an item:
Cleaning, polishing, scratching or otherwise altering coins or banknotes.
Damaging original packaging, presentation cases, certificates or accompanying documentation.
Opening, breaking or modifying third-party grading holders, including NGC and PCGS holders.
Removing protective seals or original packaging where this causes a demonstrable reduction in value.
Any handling that alters the original condition or collectible value of the product.
Such handling does not automatically invalidate the statutory right of withdrawal. However, where legally justified, La Dobla Gold & Silver reserves the right to claim compensation for any objectively demonstrable reduction in value.
Customers are strongly advised to preserve all original packaging, certificates, holders and accessories until they have decided whether to keep the purchased item.
Where the customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received in respect of the returned goods, including the original standard delivery costs where required by law.
If the customer selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered, the additional cost will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the customer's withdrawal notification.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by the customer, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise and incurs no additional costs as a result.
No PayPal commissions, bank charges or other payment processing fees will be deducted from refunds where prohibited by applicable consumer protection legislation.
If the customer receives an incorrect product or an item that does not conform to the agreed description or applicable statutory requirements, they should contact us at:
info@numismaticaladobla.com
We will assess the claim and provide the remedies required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Depending on the circumstances, these may include replacement, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.
Where a lack of conformity is attributable to us, the legally required remedy will be provided at no cost to the consumer.
For products of low commercial value, La Dobla Gold & Silver may offer a refund without requiring the return of the item, where legally appropriate and without prejudice to the customer's statutory rights.
Historical coins, banknotes and other collectible items may exhibit wear, scratches, marks, patina, oxidation, striking imperfections or other characteristics consistent with their age, manufacture, grade and state of preservation.
These characteristics do not automatically constitute defects where they have been accurately described, clearly disclosed or are consistent with the expressly agreed condition of the item.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product description, photographs, grading information and any additional condition details before placing an order.
Photographs of individual historical coins form an important part of the product description and are intended to illustrate the actual condition of the item offered.
Where a coin has been certified by an independent grading company such as NGC or PCGS, its certification and assigned grade will be identified in the listing.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits the customer's statutory rights in the event of a lack of conformity.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to transactions falling within the exceptions expressly established by applicable law.
This may include goods whose prices are genuinely dependent on fluctuations in financial markets beyond our control that may occur during the withdrawal period.
Any such exception will be assessed individually according to the nature and pricing characteristics of the product and clearly communicated before the purchase is concluded.
The fact that a product is an antique, a historical coin, a certified coin or a numismatic collectible does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
All products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory rules on conformity applicable under Spanish law and any other mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
The applicable liability period for lack of conformity will be determined according to the legal nature of the goods and the relevant statutory provisions.
For second-hand goods, any legally permitted reduction of the statutory liability period must be expressly agreed with the consumer and may not be shorter than the minimum period established by applicable law.
The age, rarity, historical nature and previously disclosed condition of a numismatic item will be taken into account when assessing whether the goods conform to the contract.
The legal guarantee does not constitute a guarantee against ordinary market price fluctuations or changes in the collectible value of an item after purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
La Dobla Gold & Silver will not be held responsible for delays or failures in the performance of contractual obligations to the extent that they result from extraordinary circumstances beyond our reasonable control that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, armed conflicts, widespread transport disruptions, government restrictions, major infrastructure failures or other exceptional events.
Where such circumstances occur, we will inform affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable and take appropriate steps to minimise their impact.
Any extension of delivery periods or other contractual adjustment will remain subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts mandatory statutory rights relating to delivery, withdrawal, refunds or remedies for non-conforming goods.
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable under European Union law or the law of the consumer's habitual residence where legally applicable.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction rules established by applicable law.
