Another great and RARE Commemorative Taler of Ludwig I of Bavaria (1825-1848), 1831 - so-called "Historic Thalers". This one is to commemorate the opening of local Legislature. Sharp first strike with highly reflective fields, amazing small details - this coin is a great example of high quality uncirculated specimen! Some excessive hairlines and contact marks as well as minor die defect on obverse determine the grade - MS 62 by NGC. Still sharp, lustrous and highly appealing collectible coin!!!
