NGC MS 62.
This is a very interesting historical piece - Siege Coinage of Imperial City Landau during The Spanish Succession War. In 1713 the City of Landau was besieged by French troops under General Willars command. The Governor of Landau was Duke Charles Alexander of Wurttemberg who cut and stamped his own silverware in able to pay to the troops. We are offering one piece of 2 Florins 8 Kreuzer stamped klippe 1713. You don't see a lots of those coins in high grade due to limited mintage as well as most of those siege klippe did not survive circulation. We are happy to offer one in high grade with reflective and slightly toned fields, sharp details of the stumps and perfect collectible appearance! MS 62 grade from NGC is well-deserved by this unique historical artifact! Great collectible and investment find!!
