NGC definitely felt short with this coin grade - clear sparkling fields with full cartwheel luster, razor-sharp medallic design - this so-called "Victory Taler" of Ludwig II of Bavaria (1864-1886) deserves higher grade. Practically flawless coin with only single contact marks on obverse. Very popular item on any auctions and in-between collectors, this commemorative coin is definitely one of the top quality and appearance specimen!
