Medal on the capture of Tunis in 1535 by Charles V, who, like Scipio, received the title of Africanus. Faced with the Ottoman admiral Khayr ad-Din Barbarossa, Admiral Andrea Doria captured 82 Ottoman galleys protecting the city's port, which was occupied until 1574.
