This 5 Francs banknote, issued by the Banque de la Martinique in 1942, belongs to series Z.77. It measures 133 mm in length and 75 mm in width.

The back of the banknote is blue in color. It features a centered portrait of a woman. The inscriptions "BANQUE DE LA MARTINIQUE" and "E. A WRIGHT BANK NOTE CO., PHILA." are also found, as well as the face value "5" repeated twice.
