The UEFA Euro 2020 European Football Championship is a real first. For the first time, not only will it not take place in the year originally planned, but the matches will be played in 12 European countries.
All in all, then, this is a truly exceptional European Championship, and one that you, as a numismatist and fervent soccer fan, will surely want to keep a tangible souvenir of.
The obverse features a soccer pitch topped by UEFA's official Euro 2020 logo. The reverse features the same graphic composition as that planned for the 2021 issues. The colorful coincard, decorated with elements inspired by the world of soccer, highlights the coin.
