Obverse: Bride and groom being wreathed by divine hands while joining hands. Illuminated radiant Holy Spirit and an angel which carries a baby above. A table is below, at sides we see two trees. A swan within a nest is standing on the left tree, two birds in the right. Below of the trees we see a shovel (left) and a populated beehife (right). Medallist´s signature (I.B.) below.

Reverse: A family of five (parents with two sons and two daughters, two of which are infants) around a table (filled with fruits and two cups) behind which a vine tree is growing, which is being nurtured by two divine hands, which flank an illuminated hebrew inscription (YHWH or Tetragrammaton) inside oval frame. Decorative ornamentation at sides, a basket full of fruits below in front of the table and some flowers on ground.
