Very rare
Coin retaining all of its bright original luster. Splendid example. Due to a hubbing error, the last 9 in the date is plainly stamped over an 8. This is the only overdate issue in the Saint-Gaudens double eagle series. Coin certified PCGS MS 63. Very high grade.
