By purchasing from Decapolis Numismatics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Authenticity

* All items are authenticity guarantee, If however a coin or item slip to not be genuine we accept to refund it, after proven not Genuine by two famous professionals Grading companies.

Payment Options:

-Bank transfer.

* For payment outside Europe, all Bank Fees are % 100 on the charge of the buyer.

-Paypal

5 % will be added in case payment by PayPal on the total amount (Item price +shipping)

*All items belong to Decapolis numismatics, until receiving the full payment.

PRICES:

The prices are given in Euro, and should be paid in Euro and are net prices, but without shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. However, items are calculated on the price basis that was valid at time of the order.

Shipping and Return policy:

-All items are shipped with Tracking number.

- Only into European Union, Any items can be return within 14 days starting from the dispatched date by Decapolis Numismatics, shipping should be with Tracking number, Refund will be made after receiving the item back without any damage or signs of wear.The refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. If the package does not return to us, or is damaged, there will be no refund.

- In the case of a return shipment, only the purchase amount of the item will be refunded. Shipping fees, bank charges, and any other payment or administrative costs are non-refundable.

- Returns are not accepted if the coin has been cleaned after purchase.

-No return possible for items sold outside European union.

-For orders outside the European Union, some coins may require up to 10 days for shipping due to the time needed to obtain an export license.

-Our responsibility could not be engaged in a late delivery the time showed when placing your order, are indicative and not reference.

-Shipments outside the European Union are entirely at the buyer's risk. Each buyer must personally verify any import restrictions and import regulations in his country of origin.

- For international shipments, the buyer is 100 % responsible for any duties or taxes, or special regulation, or Issue related to the item sold by us.

-All requests or inquiries for any reason (except authenticity) regarding a sold coin, item, or its shipment must be submitted within 12 days from the shipment date

-Complaints regarding authenticity must be made within 300 days of the shipping date and must be accompanied by proof signed by two grading companies approved by us."
