Payment within Euro Zone:

Bank transaction using IBAN, Western Union, Check if drawn from a french bank.

Payment outside Euro Zone:

These are the same as the payment methods above, with the addition of Paypal. Check / Bank draft Due to the high additional bank charges in France, checks and bank drafts can only be accepted at a surcharge of Euro 12,50.

For orders above Euro 500 no surcharge will be applied.

PayPal For customers outside the Euro Zone we accept PayPal at gb29400@orange.fr.

Payment by Paypal is subject to payment by the consumer of the fees charged by Paypal (European Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 19)

We hold the right to refuse Paypal as payment for high value orders or for orders to high risk destinations.

Shipping costs:

Shiiping cost will regulary adjusted to the right shipping costs. Note that insured mail is not available to some countries. For heavy shipments (books for example) costs vary.

Returns :

Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for any reason, for a full refund of the price of purchase. - Lots may only be returned as a lot. - We will only refund items that are untampered with and in the same state as when they were sold.

- All items in this store are guaranteed to be genuine (unless explicitly stated otherwise), this is a lifetime warranty.

- Uninsured shipping is at the risk of the buyer.

- We do not insure ourselves, so compensation for lost items is based on the decision of the insurance company. Conditions can be supplied on request.
