Shipping
All orders received on WOPA are shipped within 5 to 7 working days unless otherwise specified. Shipping is paid in advance on checkout and there will be no additional shipping charges other than those paid through this website. Please allow the necessary delivery time from an order being shipped to receipt at your required address.
 
Refund Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase and the service we provide. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item(s) for you within 14 days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
If an order has been cancelled by the Buyer within the specified period above, the payment will be returned in full. The material should be returned to the Postal Administration direct and WOPA will process the refund once the material has been safely received by the participating Postal Administration.
