Coin Appraisal:
Coins provided by customers will be authenticated by our specialist appraisers. Authentication will be carried out carefully, taking into account the condition and historical background of the coin.

Current Money and Commemorative Coins:
Certain items, such as currently circulating currency and commemorative coins, may not be eligible for buyback.

Handling of Fake or Misrepresented Coins:
If a coin provided by the customer is found to be counterfeit or differs from the description given by the customer, we may return the coin to the customer. In such cases, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Completion of Transactions:
Once the coin’s authenticity is confirmed and the transaction is completed, ownership of the coin is transferred to GoldSilverJapan, and the transaction is finalized.

Right to Refuse Transactions:
GoldSilverJapan reserves the right to refuse any transaction as necessary.
