GENERAL TERMS- AND SALESCONDITIONS

All purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions. All prices are in euro and strictly nett. The buyer is expected to know the terms of use and accept. All coins in this list are guaranteed genuine, except coins in slabs . We have the right to cancel orders in case of made mistakes by us in price or description. Complaints regarding authenticity must be made within two years of purchase. Forgery must be established by at least two independent experts, with evidence supporting the forgery in a report signed by the experts. Claims without proof will not be accepted or processed. In case of proven falsehood will be repaid within one year of purchase for a full refund , after one year will be refunded the purchase price in the form of a disposable credit, equivalent to the purchase price. Delivery will take place after receipt of payment.. Irrespective of the origin of the customer, the coin dealer G. Henzen is free to refuse payments with PayPal and credit cards and to only accept payment by bank transfer. Our qualification of the coins, medals etc. are our personal indications, based on many years of experience and following the international standards. Complaints concerning our personal qualifications will not be accepted, other then legal right of return within 15 days after receipt. In case of return shipment, only the purchase amounts will be refunded. Shipping costs, bank charges or other payment or administration costs will not be refunded. Quality ratings by third parties, like grading companies, relating to coins sold by us are not recognized by us. We cannot accept orders below 20 euro. Postage will be payable on all orders. The rates are variable, depending on the country of destination. As proof of delivery, the information of the postal organization is decisive, and not the signature of the recipient. If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we accept no liability in the event of loss. The customer is expected to properly inspect the shipment before accepting it. If it is found that the shipment is damaged, the shipment must be refused. Claiming missing contents is no longer possible after the package has been received. Postal shipments to Russia and China are entirely at the buyer's risk. Claims as a result of damage or loss are not possible for those countries. Coins that are not satisfactory, may be returned within 15 days of receipt, except lots. No complaint will be accepted if it is not made within 15 days of receipt of the goods. Coins can only be returned in their original packaging, usually a coin holder. Coins once removed from the coin holder will not be taken back. Purchases of lots are to be considered as final and cannot be returned under any circumstances. Payment is due within 10 days after receipt of invoice. Goods remain our property until full payment is received. The buyer is personally responsible and only owner after full payment of the invoice. In case of non-payment, interest of 1% per month will be charged. Collection, -bailiff’s, -barristers or lawsuit costs are charged to the buyer’s account. Should any legal action arise, the Court of Utrecht has exclusive jurisdiction for both parties. The availability and supply of coins and commitments on availability and delivery are always with reservation. There are no guarantees about availability. Despite previous commitments, no rights can be derived from the fact that coins, tokens, etc. are no longer in stock or available. All deliveries will be made from the Netherlands from the Dutch company "Munthandel G.Henzen" All these sales are only subject to the Dutch tax system. Payment of VAT over the sales is exclusive for the Netherlands and will never be subject to any other country. The payment and delivery conditions of coin trade G. Henzen are primarily legally valid, and always supersede the conditions of other parties, such as sales platforms for internet sales, auctions or payment services such as PayPal. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the conditions, the delivery and payment conditions drawn up in Dutch are leading and legally decisive.
