Placing an order for any product via the www.ma-shop website on behalf of KÜNKER PARIS MAISON PLATT implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale in their French version, even if other terms and conditions of purchase may exist elsewhere. Article 2: Ordering and Availability
To place an order, you must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to do so.
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, particularly those relating to anti-money laundering, we will request a copy of your identity card for all purchases of gold items. For all orders of 15,000€ or more, in a single transaction or cumulatively over a rolling year, you will be required to complete a questionnaire and provide proof of address dated within the last three months. The shipment can only be made after these items have been received, if applicable.
A confirmation email will be sent to you after payment.
It is your responsibility to find out about any additional procedures, restrictions or other requirements (documents, authorisations, etc.) imposed by the countries that may be affected by your order. We apply French law and cannot control or be aware of applicable foreign legislation, nor any taxes specific to the country of destination.
In the event that a product is unavailable after your order has been confirmed, it will be automatically cancelled and we will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the customer's bank details. In the event of an order being cancelled by the seller, no compensation will be paid to the buyer.
Article 3: Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros and are net prices, excluding processing and shipping costs, customs duties or any other costs that remain the responsibility of the customer.

Bank and transfer fees are borne by the customer, who must take care not to transmit any personal financial data by email.
Our products can only be shipped after full payment of the purchase price, which we will be notified of by our bank.
Article 5: Shipping Costs, Customs Fees and Taxes.
Shipping costs are based on a flat-rate contribution to the postage costs charged to us by the service provider we use. These costs also depend on the value and weight of the products and their destination country. They can be viewed on our Ma-shops page.
Free shipping is offered for all orders equal to or greater than 500€.
Customs duties and any taxes that may be levied are, as indicated above, payable by the customer.

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order within 3 to 4 working days of order confirmation by KÜNKER PARIS MAISON PLATT, provided that payment has been received in our company's account. The delivery option is irrevocable once the customer has confirmed their order.
Delivery will be made by a carrier chosen by KÜNKER PARIS MAISON PLATT.
Delivery will take an average of 3 to 4 working days for deliveries in France and 10 working days for other countries.
