GENERAL CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.0
(Accessibility of the General Terms)
1.1
The General Terms complement the special provisions of the contract between the Moro company and the customer, and are a constituent part of the contract between Moro and the customer, binding for both parties, accessible to the customer at all times (24 hours a day) on the MA-SHOPS Website in electronic form, or at the registered office of Moro&Kunst d.o.o. at Dunajska 156 in Ljubljana, Slovenia (on the ground floor of the WTC building) in paper form.
1.2
The General Terms shall apply as applicable at the time Moro received the customer’s order.
2.0
(Subject of the General Terms)
2.1
The General Terms apply to the purchase of gold, silver, palladium and platinum coins and coins made from other metals.
3.0
(Placing of orders)
3.1
By placing an order, the customer agrees to be informed of and consents to the General Terms.
3.2
The contract shall be entered into if, when and to the extent that the company Moro accepts the order.
4.0
(Goods and Pricing)
4.1
Moro aims to provide images of the coins to the highest standard. Images always matches the coins that are described. Study images carefully before purchasing the coins.
4.2
The coins are graded to the best ability of our specialists. Grading does however involve an element of subjectivity and customer should therefore form their own opinion before buying.
4.3.
All the prices of products are expressed in Euros (€) and do not include the shipping costs. VAT is not applicable unless expressly stated.
4.4
If goods are ordered from outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination. Moro is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures.
5.0
(Payment)
5.1
The customer shall not make a payment untill the order is confirmed by Moro.
5.2
The customer shall pay the full purchase price via bank transfer in 3 business days the latest following the day of receipt of the order unless otherwise agreed. Please be sure bank fees are only charged to you, we must receive the full amount.
6.0
(Delivery)
6.1
Moro will notify the customer by email when the payment is complete and when the goods are to be dispatched. The message will contain details of estimated delivery time in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery.
6.2
The ordered goods will be sent via Fedex as trackable and insured shipment.
6.3
Insured shipping possibilites may vary for non EU countries. Moro reserves the right to subsequently make additional shipping charges for several countries outside the EU. Shipping is not possible for several countries: Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falklands, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, North Korea, Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre et Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Wake Islands, Yemen and similar.
6.4
Moro will dispatch the goods within 5 working days from the received payment. If for any reason (holiday, disease,..) we are unable to dispatch within 5 working days this must be stated in a notification email, and the customer will then have the option to cancel their purchase for a full refund.
7.0
(Returns Policy)
7.1
If the customer recives goods which do not match the ordered, the customer should contact Moro within 3 days after goods received and arrange collection and return within 14 days. Moro is not responsible for paying shipping costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. The customer will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used when purchasing the goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon Moro´s receipt oft he returned goods.
7.2
If any of purchased goods have faults when they are delivered, the customer should contact Moro within 3 days after goods received and arrange collection and return within 14 days. Moro is not responsible for paying shipping costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods, as paid by the customer, will be refunded through the payment method used when purchasing the goods.
7.3
If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the customer should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event the customer should report such damage to Moro within 3 days after goods received and arrange collection and return within 14 days. Moro is not responsible for paying shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods, as paid by the customer, will be refunded through the payment method used when purchasing the goods.
8.0
(Cancellations)
8.1
Moro reserves the right to cancel purchases. If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch the customer will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
