§1area of application

Ourfollowing termsand conditionsapplytoalllegal transactionsbetweenourcoins shippingandthecustomer.Wecontradictas a precautionary measurebyourterms and conditionsdeviatingpurchasing conditionsof thebuyer.Thiscontradictionalsoapplies in theeventthattheordering partyfortheoppositionhasprescribedaparticularform.Acontradictionisexcluded,sothestatutoryprovisionsshallreplace any conflictingconditions.Arecognition of differingpurchasing conditionsoccursonlywhentheirapplicationhasbeenconfirmedbyusin writing.

§2conclusion of contract

§3cancellationandreturn

Thebuyerisaconsumer,anunlimitedright of returnmay refertohim.

Thepurchase agreementisrevokedwith the returnof thegoodsbythepurchaser.

§4shipping

Shippingincludinginsurance€4,50(withinGermany)incl.VATinvoice has beenmade.

§5deliveryanddelivery time

Allitems are deliveredintheorder that of theorder intake.There is nodelivery obligationforus.Fixedprogrammestaketheprecedence of consignmentsthatreturnarenot later thanonthethirddayafterreceipt,otherwiseapplyitastaken over.

Ifwe are suppliedbyoursupplierdespitecontractualobligationwiththeorderedgoods,weare entitled towithdrawfromthecontract. Inthiscase, thepurchaserthereofisinformedimmediatelythattheorderedgoodsnotbeavailableis available. Apurchase pricealreadypaidwillbe refundedimmediately.

Agreeddelivery periodsbeginwiththedateofacceptance of theorder.Delayoccursonlyonourside,ifthepromiseddelivery timeisexceededbymorethanfourweeks.

§6payment

Wesupplybasicallyagainstpayment in advance,unlessotherwiseagreed.Customerswhopurchaseforthefirsttime,beaskedtoreference information.

Thepurchase priceispayableas soon aswehaveconfirmedtheorder(offer)(adoption).Thepaymentisineurowithoutdeductionswithin14daysafterreceiptof thegoodstobe carried out.TheVATisincludedintheprices.

Weassumenoliabilityforcash paymentsbymail.

§7retention of title

§8authenticity guaranteeandliability for defects

Weguaranteetheauthenticityof alloffered piecesuptotheamountof thepurchase price.

Adefectof thegoodsdeliveredbyus,thestatutorywarranty rightsare availabletothecustomer.

Itemsdeliveredshouldobviouslyhaveshortcomings,includingtransport damage,isaskedtoimmediatelyclaim of suchdefects.However, thefailure of thiscomplaintdoes notrestrictthestatutoryclaimsof thepurchaser.
