General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale By placing an order through our website, the customer unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These conditions apply exclusively to purchases made through our website and take precedence over the customer's conditions.

Article 2: Orders and Availability To place an order, the customer must be of legal age and legally competent. In accordance with Austrian legislation, the purchase of gold coins may require the submission of a copy of an identity document. The order will only be shipped after receipt and verification of these documents. An order confirmation will be sent via email after payment has been received. Our product offers are only valid while stocks last. If a product is no longer available after the order has been confirmed, the order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded within 48 hours upon receipt of the customer's bank details. All our coins are authentic and carefully inspected.

Article 3: Prices The prices of the products are stated in euros and are net prices, excluding taxes, handling fees, shipping costs, and customs duties, which are to be borne by the customer. Prices may change without notice, particularly due to price fluctuations from our suppliers. The products remain the property of the seller until the full amount of the order has been paid.

Article 4: Payment Payment can be made via:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

• Bank transfer (bank details will be provided after order confirmation)

• PayPal

All bank or transfer fees are borne by the customer. The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

Article 5: Shipping Costs, Customs Duties, and Taxes Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, value of the products, and the destination country and will be indicated before order confirmation. Customs duties and other import taxes are to be paid by the customer.

Article 6: Shipping and Delivery The products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer within 7 to 10 business days after order confirmation, subject to any delays due to banking or administrative checks. Delivery is carried out by a carrier selected by the seller. The average delivery times are:

• 8 to 10 days in Austria

• 20 to 25 days for other countries

If the customer provides incorrect information, the seller cannot be held responsible for non-delivery. In the event of a lost package, the customer must notify us within 72 hours after the expected delivery date. After an investigation, a refund will be issued within 60 days of receiving the complaint. The seller is not liable for packages accepted by the customer if they are visibly damaged.

Article 7: Liability The seller is not liable for delivery delays or defects due to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, technical failures, etc.). The seller is not responsible for any pricing errors caused by technical or computer problems. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding.

Article 8: Intellectual Property All content on the website (texts, images, brands, logos, etc.) is the property of the seller or used under license and may not be reproduced or exploited without permission.

Article 9: Data Protection The personal data collected is used exclusively for processing orders and is not shared with third parties. The customer may request access to, modification, or deletion of their data in writing.

Article 10: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These conditions are subject to Austrian law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts at the seller's registered office in Vienna shall have jurisdiction.
