The obverse of this coin features the illustration of a majestic dragon, portrayed with a vibrant arrangement of petrol blue Portuguese tiles. Reinforcing the intricate fact of the entire design, in the background it is adorned with the design of a Lotus Flower, symbol of the city of Macau. The reverse of this commemorative coin beautifully presents the image of the Church of the Seminary of San José, recognized for its ornate baroque-style architecture, which is characterized by a pediment that displays an elaborate Jesuit insignia in the center of the façade, flanked by two symmetrical towers on both sides of the upper floor. The design of the coin is presented with an upward perspective, which immerses collectors by guiding their view throughout the representation of this magnificent church.
