Despite a mintage of 15 million units, finding this coin in uncirculated quality is remarkably difficult.

This is the first of Franco's pesetas that circulated widely throughout the country.

The coin retains all its original luster. It features careful and strong minting, leaving the date and the "Plus" visible. The "Ultra" is more discreetly visible.

Franco's bust has a good overall minting, without the common weak spots typical of these pieces. There is a small black spot on the cheek.

It shows small carbon spots across the coin, which are common for these pieces due to environmental effects on the metal.
